Sorry for causing confusion..... I meant the painting below. I was wondering the provenance or at least is it a modern painting or contemporary?
It looks like it is part of a larger piece and I would love to know more about it and see the entire painting if there is more. The Ardent class continues to be something that is interesting for a future build and the more information I can gather the better. I have all the contemporary drawings in high resolution and a copy of the original 23 page contract but this kind of painting can sometimes be helpful with this kind of detail. The stores lists for any ships of the class would also be helpful but I have yet to find a source. Challenges, challenges......
