HMS ALERT 1777 cutter POF by shota70 [COMPLETED BUILD]

My friend I am obviously very sorry to hear that your daughter and wife contracted Corona and now you possibly too. We are fortunate to have something to keep us busy with during these trying times. That is why my New Year's wish for 2022 is only for it to be a healthy year to us all. Look after yourself - I will be thinking of you and your family.
Amen and thanks for the concern dear friend :)
Longing for the days when the plague will pass and we can meet for a glass of wine or beer and laugh together and enjoy the hobby together

Hello dear friends
As I wrote in the update from this morning the insulation allows me to build the model of the ship while being able to spend a greater number of hours than before.
So today I spent about 6 hours preparing and installing Frames 68-70. These frames continue to form the outline of the stern. Attaches pictures of the result, because the process is the same as the frames that have already been assembled in the model.

hello dear friends
in the last two days I focused on the preparation of the first full frames.
I prepared 2 full frames, 17 18 that is a double frame.
The assembly of the frames is done using the special jig that you need to work in two stages. I glue them together with black glue.
After gluing the two together, I made the holes for the black wood nails both inside the ribs and from the outside of them.
The double frame is bolted with 0.8 mm

wooden black wire. then I sanded the glued frames to the required angle of the hull and also smoothed the surface of the frames.

And finally I glued it / them to the keel and it looks very good.
