I received my HMS Blandford today and am anxious to begin the building process. A couple of comments. First i opened the package and what I expected is different from what i experience. Based on what I read on this site I was expecting an impressive package. Not at all the case.

Second I was disappointed to find that one of the anchors was broken.

I still look forward to starting that model.
 
Hi, First I sincerely apologize for your experience. This is not something that happens normally as the anchor is made of metal, but as this unfortunately happened, we will send you a replacement part as soon as possible, the tracking information for the replacement will be soon send to your email within a week. Sorry again for the bad experience.
P.S. the reason we didn't used a fancy packaging is mainly due to taxing issues, fancy packaging would have higher chance of getting taxed which is we don't want our customers to afford, wish you can understand, sorry for the disappointment.
 
and fancy packaging costs only money because it is producing costs - without any advantage for the model.
Important is the content inside the box. My personal subjective opinion off course.
BTW: good aftersale service ......
