Hoi, this build is no kit, there are printed parts for the hull, those have to be cut out and doubled to get the right thickness.
Also a set of plans, and i managed to get me a lasercut for the very hard to cut small pieces. :D
She will be the black and yellow version with the high quarterdeck walls and copper lining.
This is where i`m now, ready to start coppering.

Hoi,
Here are the first results, the indentations for the nails will be added on a later time.
I will need to put on sunglasses with the rest of the build.

Hoi Jos,

Two magnificent builds, I really love the works you are doing with these paper models.

Galjeon = Fore Peak Platform. Do you have any earlier photos of the hull/frame assembly, I would be interested to see how that came together. Cheers.

Hoi, i cant finish the galjeon because the line for the main mast stay has not arrived yet.
In the meantime there is other work plenty, lots of ornaments.
The stansions for the small guns are build out of three layers to get 3.5 mm.
The yellow primer is on.

Hoi Jos,

Again I am blown away by the possibility the paperworks offer. It must be a "cutklus" to cut all the tiny parts from the cardboard sheets, but the result is magnificent.

Very impressive model and build, especially considering that it's built entirely from paper. Looks like a fun project as well. I may have to try one of their kits. I've looked at several of them over the years but never actually tried to build one. Thanks for your build log.

Bob

Thanks guy`s for visiting my log and the like`s.
@ Maarten, yes sometimes it is a .....klus, looks like punishment ;)
@ Bob, they have nice ships in 1:96, just bring some patience. :)
Right now i`m in the middle of the cabin side extensions. [ can`t find the right name now ].

I do have one question Gr. Jos. Do you have to glue all of the parts to thicker cardboard stock to make the various parts are are they already printed on thicker stock and just need to be cut out? I checked them out on Ages of Sail and the price for this kit seems extremely reasonable.
