Just unsure with the plastic inserts - too many questions like longevity to what if etc…
Workmanship as all previous comments! Totally adhere too! Liked to see more treenails at stem etc and a bit of tar in joints. Certainly a model you can expand on.

The resin inserts should - if anything - increase longevity as it is much more immune to temperature fluctuations, humidity, and expansion and contraction.
