HMS VICTORY:- Did she, or Didn't She?

I read the post regarding whether Victory had side entry ports & davits, which led me into my own search. I found this interesting post on 'google':- “martyndowner.com >sale highlights > historic model of HMS Victory”. (I dunno how to add a link: so you'll need to do a Google search. Apparently it was built during the “Big Rebuild” of 1800-1803, builder unknown, but there is 'provenance'. Very informative, the photos showing lack of entry ports & davits, also a pale yellow indicating an approx. 50/50 mix of white & yellow (as some records quote), & yellow gun port lids as prior to Trafalgar.

Interesting. I assume the model is carved from solid as there is no evidence of planking. The white paint below the waterline is very white and there is no evidence of copper sheathing. Does this suggest the model leans to the aesthetic rather than authentic?

I'm thinking aesthetic, maybe the modeller didn't want to be bothered with copper. But it does indicate to her not having entry ports, which is what I was trying to confirm. Now I'm asking myself whether to plank over my model's ports. H'mm.

After perusing the photos of this model, I've got me doubts of the authenticity, the bulwarks' relationship to the waist deck are wrong. There's a gun port where the present entry port is. These all add to my doubts. My conclusion is to stick to my guns, and keep to the plans?
Another possible modification I'm considering, is to make wood replacements for the stern galleries' lower finishers, which are poorly detailed 'monkey-metal' castings.
