Homemade milling cutters for the machine

Use cutting disks, shape them with a dressing stone (...any shape you want) :)
Thanks Jimsky. I still never had used any cutting disks and have none as of now. But I will try if I have a chance. I have lots of rarely used small files I can grind off.

Here I modified my diamond file. Look now it can do very sharp inner corners. Boy. It had been very difficult to grind off this diamond file. Two grinding sandpaper disks were gone plus a lot of work on a large hardened file was done before I finished grinding this little diamond file.

maybe making the file also by yourself
This is actually a great video of a man's craftmanship! But... how many of us can actually do it (if any)? The cost of the equipment itself, the material cost will mostly void trying it.

Here you can find the files for all your requirements. They are reasonably priced and very high quality. A one-time purchase will last for the rest of your modeling life.
