Yes I am building the Amati model at present and have a build log here on the forum. There are obvious issues with the kit which I have attempted to get around and there is also a YouTube build sequence of this kit as well which also highlights kit issues.
Like my ENDEAVOUR, I am following the Anatomy of Ships book for the correct detail and replacing kit timbers and components where required to achieve this.
My preference is to also single plank my models.

Yes I have a build log of the bounty on this forum. It is a AL kit but it is the only one I have seen of its type.
