I will be modifying the server so that the Image Rotation Addon will work correctly with mobile devices. Stay tuned for updates on this. Several have reported that the image rotation function which is located at bottom of your post does not work w mobile devices and tablets. I am working on a fix within the server. It is not a problem with the rotation Addon.
 
The server has been modified for EXIF image manipulation. Therefore, The rotate add-on is working perfectly. Keep in mind that once you return to the post, you have to hard reload CTRL-F5 in order to see the image as it is without cache.
