Hi Trident. @Trident Model
I have some issues with the Cabin work.

1. Some of the parts are lasered only partially though leaving ugly sides of walls.
2. The Doors ALL the wrong size either significantly smaller or larger. I guessing there are door jams , but none are provided ( light blue)
3. Is there supposed to be flooring supplied?
The floor layout differs in pic's z10, z5 & z8
We need documentation for this as the provided information is insufficient. At this stage I cannot complete the kit any further.

Okay an update on this. I have figured most of it out. Each section for the main cabins is individually marked off on the sheets so then can be figured out on based on the images above. The doors are 1mm smaller on all four sides for the main cabins. I fixed this by making door jams with some walnut 1x1 I had left over form another kit. As there is none of this in the kit you will have to provide this yourself. There is significant cutting & shaping of the walls near the bow. I will show all this in the videos. Luckily the Cabin can be built without flooring and easily removed for flooring prior to installing & gluing the upper beams. It also works without the floor.

If you intend to put the cabin structures in you will need to leave some of the 2x2mm inter bean / joist sections off else you will not see the inner parts. Just adding the upper beams starts to hide the lower assemblies.

Still waiting to hear re the floors. There is a lot of strip-wood provided( not used or mentioned in Manual) , but the external wales use some other wood. We will see as we go. Stay tuned. No reply from Trident yet.

If you choose to do the cabins, you will need to stop after the Ribs/ keelson and commence the structure assemblies floor by floor. The reason for this is the interaction of the cabin items & the core hull components. ( footwalls, Breast hooks, etc) This is not considered in the manual as structures are provided for SOS only as an addon.

NOTE: the 2 x2 shown obove is also for the upper beams, so use it efficiently. You can easily cut out the pieces to size lenthways with a no 11. This adds 1.5cm to the length of each pieces if you cut through the bottom and top to the edge, not just the CNC'd portion.
