Hi together,
My name is Uwe, I was born in 1961 and interessted at wooden Ships by Napoleon Wartime since I read first time the Hornblower Adventures, that‘s more than 50 Years ago.
My nickname COMMANDER, has nothing to do with „MASTER AND COMMANDER“, I chose it from a funny movie called „Der Superstau“.
Currently I’m working on „Lancia Armata 1803“
Thank you for all the helpfull contributions there I found here.
 
first of all I would like to send from my side a warm welcome here on board of our forum

sending by Uwe to Uwe - nice to meet somebody having the same first name - Namensvetter

For all others - Uwe is not so common christian name and relatively rare -> some maybe remember to german sokker player Uwe Seeler.
In the meantime no parents are giving their baby this name any more
 
Welcome abord SOS, Uwe! We would love to see your log built of Lancia Armata 1803, is it feasible? It doesn't have to be from the beginning, though. You can start from the current stage.
