I am a new Member form Perth Western Australia (just north of the Antarctic) and I am about half way through my first build of the Endeavour by Artesania. So far so good altho much of what I have learnt, is what not to do. The very small ply components have been a problem with my big fingers. I have been building models of one type or another for over fifty years. Most of the builds were of models of locomotives, early internal combustion engines some of which have won prizes and other engines. For health reasons e.g. stairs, we had to move into an apartment so my machine shop was sold. I then needed new models to build that could be done in a spare bedroom so model sailing ships and model trains were chosen. I am about to order the Bounty 1:60 as my next build.
I have found the build logs to be most informative and I will start one for the Bounty.
