John Wright at Jotika Not Responding to My Request

I'm hoping that someone on this forum can help me with an issue I'm having.

After completing the hull on Caldercraft's HMS Diana, it became warped and unusable (possibly due to very low humidity here in Arizona). I initially contacted John Wright at Jotika with a list of replacement parts I needed and he sent a quote. Then I discovered I had initially sent John an incomplete list and sent him a revised list for a new quote. John then responded by sending me the same original quote.

Over the last couple of months I have sent John numerous emails requesting a revised quote and he keeps sending me the same (incomplete) original quote. It seems as if he's not even reading my emails.

The complete list of parts I need is below:

Is there anyone on this forum who can contact John directly and tell him to please send me a quote for the exact list above, or to simply read carefully the last email I sent him? He will know who I am due to all the emails I've sent. Thanks for any assistance provided.

Maybe it would be best if you get what he originally quoted and request a second quote for the new parts?
Just a thought.
What are the added parts? It may be easier to just fabricate them.
Also, what kind of glue did you use on the original? Can you take the assembly apart to recover the needed parts?

Hi Jeff,
The hull cannot be taken apart (photo attached).

Ordering two different shipments of parts means that I would have to pay two separate shipments.

Hopefully, someone in England can give John a call and relay this message. I have sent John so many emails that I have given up trying to get him to send me a revised quote. If I can't get assistance on this forum, I'll try the Model Ship World forum.
