I 've made a second attempt on Vic's rudder. I stripped off the copper then glued on new plates, & made new gudgeons to go with the replacement pintles made earlier. These hinges were blackened prior to painting bronze, & dry brushing Vallejo verdigris glaze. This part of the build has proved quite time-consuming, although I do make work for myself!
