For the upcoming model builders' day, I need to pay a little more attention to the flute.
One issue I've been struggling with for some time is the uneven spacing of the deadeyes on the fore shrouds.
I tackled that first. It turned out that I could lower the deadeyes a little without too much trouble, so without too much demolition.
It looks much better now.
The next step is to apply webbing lines and extend the masts with a steng.
But that will come a little later.
