La Toulonaisse

Very good model - with a great overall appearance - Bravo -
I like the small details you added very much

Wow! Beautiful ship. Great work. Can you tell us more about it?

Bill
Thanks Bill, much appreciated.
It's an 1823 French topsail schooner by Corel 1/72 scale.
It's not strictly accurate, I dumped the ropey looking carronade which came with the kit & replaced them with Caldercraft's carronades for a beefier look.
The jolly boat at the stern is a Master Korabel kit.
It's my first 'real' build after being put off ship building for two years by the travesty that is Agostini's Sovereign of the Seas (don't get me started on that...)

Very nice .. great effort. I looked at this again and the level of detail is excellent, including the tool to prime/prepare the canon.

Are you working on an actual project?
Thank you Uwek, I've just received Amati's Xebec so as soon as I've put the final touch to the Lady Nelson it'll be heads down for the rest of the summer!
