One question about the small tool and stuff you are using to polish and giving the final sharpness - I guess it is not from Proxxon, or?

I use very normal tools also available in kits in hardware stores. This one I used to polish is a hard cloth tool on which I apply some abrasive paste.

One question, what kind of wood/material are you using?

I used pear wood for the carpentry in general, ebony for the dark parts, Brazilian boxwood for the decorations and maple for the decking; copper and brass for the metal parts
