Le Commerce de Marseille 1788 - 1801 scale 1:48 from Gerard Delacroix

Hello, time for an update...

I am, for now, ready with sanding... It can still be better, but I will do that when I get to those parts...

This photo shows that the stem still need some work...

Next is the keelson....
That’s looking very nice, Ronald. A lot of work with a beautiful outcome. And yes, you will see almost always a spot for some extra sanding!

Hello, time for another update,

I finished the,.... inner keel? How do you call the reinforcement of the keel?

These are the three parts of the reinforcement...

The bow-section needed an additional part to fit the reinforcement tot the hull. This part was not so clearly indicated but it seemed logical to me... It had no part-indication...

Looks like the frame-part of the hull is kind of 'finished' so it is time to destroy it again... I started the first cannon-hatch of app. 118.

This might be my last update for some time. We bought another house where I have some work to do, not the least building another place for this hobby...

Nice to see you back on the yard, Ronald.
If I am correct it’s the keelson where you are working on and it looks very nice.
