I bought my kit about a month and a half ago from a hobby shop. The box was open but most of the parts were wrapped so I took a chance and bought the kit. Turns out, I am missing 6 sheets of parts. A month ago I submitted to AL a parts request for pricing on purchasing what I need. 2 weeks go by, no word from AL. I sent a message inquiring about my parts request and now more than a week and half has gone by with no response. So I decided to buy another kit and piece out what I need, but all the kits I see are either new or you can't see what is in the box based on the pics provided especially what is for sale on ebay. I don't want to take a chance again and find out pieces are missing from that too. If it was just a piece or two, I could scratch build that, but I can't scratch build 6 sheets of parts. This is my first wood model so this whole experience has been seriously disillusioning especially since I can't get AL to respond to me.
So what I am looking for is one of you kind fellow modelers who has an unused AL Bluenose 2 (Kit 20500 only) that you know you're not going to build and want to get rid of or you have a kit missing pieces and want to get rid of that, too. In some cases, I am missing the entire sheet of parts. Some, just a few pieces from the sheet so I want to just buy the whole sheet again. But if I buy a kit missing pieces, I want to make sure at least what I am missing is there.
