Good day all.
I am thinking ahead about my build of a Maine Lobster Boat. When I get it built I will need at least two sizes of rope, small, guessing 1/4" o.d. on original bouys for traps and something larger for the anchor. I believe both of those original ropes are three-strands. So how do I determine thread size to get proper looking ropes in 1/16 scale?
I haven't built my ropewalk yet, so any thoughts about that are welcome also.
Thanks.
Steven
