I am also a member in german forum called "Forum für historischen Schiffsmodellbau und Geschichte" which means "forum for historical schipmodelconstruction and history".
Once a year several dozens of members are meeting personally for showing their models, talking, chatting, eating and (a little bit) drinking.
This year they met on Saturday in the town of Augsburg in Bavaria. Unfortunately I was sick, so not able to participate, but a friend of mine allowed me to use his photos to show you some impressions of this event. Many thanks to "dafi".
This year appr. 35 modelers met the whole day and discussed historical ships and models.
