Back in September, I was fortunate to receive this kit as a freebie from Model Expro, a special offer that came with the Occre Beagle kit someone gifted me. Lucky me!!

I did a Midwest kit last July when I built the Sea Bright Dory. It was a fun build I passed on to my sister, who has a house just down the road from Sea Bright.

So, I am looking for this after I tackled Harrett over the past nine (9) months.

I will also pass this one on to my sister. I may even use the same color scheme.

A little setback …I realized when I reached a certain point that the keel strips and chines had been cut in half rather than the full 11 inches and change required.

I’ve contacted model shipways ( they’ve been really good at replacing parts) to see if they’ll ship the pieces at the total length. Right now, I'm not interested in piecing these items together.

I’ll keep you posted.
