Missing sails

Recently purchased Heller HMS Victory1/100, I noticed that 1 set of the plastic sails are missing. I have contacted Heller regarding sails No 1 No 2 No 17 and 18 but no reply after contacting them couple of months ago.
Would anybody happen to have these sails ( more than willing to cover any cost occurred )spare or maybe the dimensions so that I could possibly make the sails out of cloth in the future.
