The CDs today are a problem to play.
Ha-ha. Sounds as it rhymes.
Not many people have any players to play the CDs on. New computers are manufactured with no CD players.

yup that is a problem maybe the CDs can be transferred to a thumb drive

Dave, I would be interested in this collection, and I still have a CD player with my laptop, had to buy a "add on" unit, but it works.

right now this is on hold. what happened is i put one of the CDs in my lap top to make sure it was working and readable. i didn't seat the CD in the tray so when the tray opened the CD got stuck in the lap top. I tried to get it out but no success so i will take the computer to a shop and have them remove it. Hoping i did not wreck the CD.

i have 3 computers and i did put the second CD in my desk top computer and it works just fine
on the CD are all the Model ship Builder magazines

also i found out you can copy the CDs to a hard drive and save them on a thumb USB drive.

i will post the results of retrieving the 1st CD from my lap top. i won't know until the end of the week because the shop is on vacation.
