I build cases. You can click on the link to Modeller's Workshop at the right, and then navigate to my display case page. For the Harvey, it will be a huge case, so the cost of shipping may be higher than the price of the case itself. I don't mind driving (in order to avoid packaging and shipping by commercial carrier), but I will not drive into the US, sorry.
You can order one from Model Expo. Your Harvey I believe is about 27"x20"x10". They have a case that is 36x32x13. It's not cheap, but much less than the value of your ship. It's on sale right now. Takes about 2 months it says.
