My FIRST build: Krick Borkum with MSM 3" Clyde Steam Plant [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hello, I've just begun my build on the Krick Borkum. I can only hope to approximate the beautiful work you've created. I'm searching for a glue that will work for gluing wood to the ABS hull. I do not find the suggested Uhu plus acrylit available anywhere from the US. What would be a good alternative? Epoxy seems to work If I sand (scratch) the surface but pops off if the surface is left smooth. Is there something better?
