Good afternoon, dear colleagues. My name is Maxim Tislenko. I've been a carpentry instructor for two years now. This year, after visiting the Naval Museum in St. Petersburg, I decided to organize a ship modeling club in my city. I live in Dmitrov, Moscow Oblast.

Good afternoon, dear colleagues. My goal is to organize a shipbuilding club for children in my city. I bought the cheapest kit—surprisingly, it was a 1:100 Halcon. I scanned it into PDF and then converted it to vector. Then, I laser-cut the blanks from cardboard (cardboard is cheaper). I started fitting the blanks together. After fitting them together, I'll make the blanks for the children and we'll start assembling the model together. I have a question: Should I increase the scale or choose a simpler model?

The hull is not bad, but there is no masting or rigging information.
Even though the parts are there, there is much information about building the hull that is not included in the instructions.

Since I already have a vector file, I can increase the scale of the model. Which is better? 1:75 or 1:50
