Navigation lamps location on clipper ships?

Ahoy gentlemen, anyone know the mounting locations for a pair of “navigation lights” on a Baltimore Clipper (1847- the “Harvey”)? Instructions, plans and elevations on this Artesania Latina kit do not show the fitting location. They are fashioned as an oil-burning lantern mounted on a sort of “half box w/ bottom, sides and one end,” obviously intended to shine in a 90 degree pattern. Thanks for knowledge shared. All google attempts only show modern red/green nav lights, even on vintage craft.
