THE WARSHIP ANNE
An illustrated history

by Richard Endsor

THE SAILING NAVY LIST : 1688 - 1860

All ships of the Royal Navy
built, purchased and captured.

by David Lyon

H/B 367 pages.

If your like me and don't own the Rif Winfield "British Warships in the Age of Sail " set of Volumes or just plain can't afford the astronomical prices being asked for them, then I would very highly recommend this book.

The title says what it is, but the amount of information on each page accompanied by planned drawings is absolutely superb, there is no page left empty, the information contained is superb.

Imho 367 pages of superb detail.

Below a few photos to whet your appetite.
This book is available at a fraction of one of the "BWITAS" volumes.
