Hi Mates,
I just joined this forum. I live in Carson City Nevada USA. I have been building wood ship models for about 40 years. I have completed several large models over the years. I am currently about 75% done with Royal William by Euromodel. She is full rigged with sails. I look forward to making some friends here.

A warm welcome also from my side......would be very interesting to see your work.
You could also start a building log of your actual project of the Royal William, no problem to start with the actual status.....it is a very interesting model...

I am a long standing member of the Model Ship World forum and have posted several build logs there. I would like to post a log here. I you think it would help folks, I could post the log for the Royal William. It contains over 600 photos so far. I have it all saved and sorted. It would take me awhile to post all of it, but I would be willing to do it if you think your members would appreciate it.

Vince ,don’t worry,I am pretty sure lots of members will be interest, just take your time and wait for replies after posts otherwise will look like series of images.

I'm very interested in seeing your work Brother. I love to see what other folks are doing. I've been building going on 11 years now and seeing others work is always a treasure trove of new ideas and ways to do things. For some folks just seeing great work is all the Inspiration they need to jump back on that build they have put away. We all get that lazy thing happening where we just don't feel like doing it. A day turns into 2 and before you know it a week is gone then a month. Seeing others work for me keeps me motivated and moving forward I'm sure many of us are the same.
