I apologize for taking so long to introduce myself. I am Paul A. Payne, live in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, married with two grown sons Am a ship model enthusiast since childhood. Am also a long time member of the Ship Modelers Association of Southern CA., and a 31 year retired Navy veteran. I have built several scratch built models, a POF model of Rattlesnake to Hahn plans and am working on a scratch built model of USS Constitution as she would have appeared at launch; using multiple sources of information.
