Newbie but old in the head

Hello David, always good to see another Brit wash up here. I’m testing out ‘arthritis in the knees’ with a tentative beginning on the left one. It’s slowly making progress.

Slower the better as far as I’m concerned.

Best

have you tried the Naproxen 500MG ? very good stuff but you still need to take it easy with the knees as its only a painkiller

This 76 year old arthritis sufferer has used to good effect. When my knees ached I would loosely wrap then in a cut open plastic trash bag covered by a blanket while I was sitting in the evening. The heat generated by the knees warmed the entire area and helped-a bit. It's worse in my hands and there is where modeling helps by keeping me moving. helps.
