NUEVO ESTUDIO DE LA GALERA REAL DE D. JUAN DE AUSTRIA [COMPLETED BUILD]

I use Fimo to, how do you make the Fimo stick to the wood? I drilled little holes to put Fimo in and make it stick. But you put little pieces to the wood and it sticks.
After backing it holds, yes. But before backing?

I use white glue. It sticks very well and without problem.
I also use my own mix of cola + cyano.
Before baking I glue the pieces on paper

Superglue (cyanoacrylaat) and Coca Cola. Didn't knew that, but just watched a YouTube movie how sticky it gets.
Thanks, I will experiment.

Every time you post I am wondering if there is a limit for you, and every time I answer there is NO limit for Ramon! You Master of the miniatures!!!
The royal galley is possibly one of the most complex decoration models. It is really complicated. We are making the model by a team of four modellers for the Naval Museum in Madrid. I take care of all the decoration. The model will be on display in October at a special exhibition for the 450th anniversary of the Battle of Lepanto. Then it will be in the Museum
