Occre The Revenge, my second wooden ship build and the first attempt with sails

I've been building The Revenge off and on since December 2022 and should finish by the end of the year, so a three-year build. I have recorded images throughout, so I will compile the build log when finished. I'm now at the stage of attaching the sails and connecting the standing and running rigging, being only my second tall ship, I have found it a challenge, but I have learnt a lot on my journey. I would highly recommend this enjoyable build, I had difficulty deciphering the plans at times, but knowledge comes with experience.

Here is my progress so far, I'm quite pleased with my efforts, attaching my first sail to the spar.

Looks very good for only your second ship, rigging is nice, clean and taught.

Sails are an issue all of their own, knowing how they were originally made and assembled to include panels, bolt ropes and all the fancy named loops on the corners for attaching lines and pullies.

Don't take this on by yourself, post questions here and the many members with much knowledge will surely be able to help.
