Ahoy Mates,
Does anyone have a good method for stripping paint from wood. I have used TURCO on metal, but never wood. I am open to any and all suggestions.

Hi Mike, I have used a gel type of stripper on wood right down to the bare wood and then wiped the wood with a wet/damp cloth let it dry then repainted.
Not being familiar with Turco, is it a gel or liquid? and is this on a model?
Regards
Eric

Turco is what we used in the aircraft Industry to strip metal parts for NDT.
i.e. Magna-flux, zyglo procedures to check for cracks. I have never stripped wood and wasn't aware there was anything besides sand paper.
