pavel nikitin oseberg 3

how many mm high could a viking be at 25th scale?
1:25 scale gives you very close to 1mm (1.016 to be exact) scale per 1 inch full size, so a 6 foot (72 inch) Viking would be roughly 72mm (73.152 to be exact), but a 1mm/1 inch is a good general rule of thumb.

thanks, and that's roughly what i thought....i guess they were tall fellows........sooooo.....i guess i can't use the figure that i got, since even after shortening him, he is 80mm tall.......and he is advertised as 24th scale....but i purchase another figure, which i'll soon paint, also 24th scale, is 72mm......one just can't assume anything....

anyways.........i had to replank my san felipe model.....now that's done i can get back to the oseberg.......

Talking about miniature figures: I’m trying to find a company that sells H-O scale animal figures. I bought two different sets and they’re both way too big. A long-standing tradition was (still is) to have at least one cat as a mascot onboard ships. If you find out about a company selling miniature animals that are really to scale please post it on this thread.

hmmm...the only ho figures i've seen is on aliexpress and temu, but maybe someone else will know.......good luck!

Have you tried Walthers?
