Congratulations with this result of your first build, Yoe. And about ‘your mistakes’: it's mainly lessons learned that you take with you to the next build. I assume you've got the taste for the next one?

I agree : ) When I started, the instructions seemed like a warm blanket... Then later I notice many areas that could have been improved on and wished I would have done differently, like the structure over the helm. I wish I would have tried to replicate the original open helm...

Thanks Peter! Actually I'm going to use the model as subject matter now to create an oil painting from... I do think a fishing boat from Galilee would be interesting to build : )
