I know that most of you, especially when it comes to sailing vessels, prefer to work with wood but there are some of us who are more comfortable working with plastic. Having said that there are at least two models that haven't been produced in plastic, at least not well done, they are the "Pride of Baltimore II" and the Joseph Conrad. Both ships are available in wood and both are still afloat. It shouldn't be that difficult for one of the plastic kit manufacturers to obtain sufficient plans to produce a highly accurate kit. There are other sailing vessels that still exist and would make for interesting kits.
