I would like to share with you and also recommend a visit to this museum, which is mainly dedicated to art.
There are works by Dali, Magritte and many other artists .
There is a department wish dedicated to the ancient Caesarea who established by King Hordos in honor of the Roman emperors.
There is documentation and reconstruction of the Roman port as well as a ship from the Roman period and other nautical exhibits.
I thought it would be nice to share with you the experience.
Below is a link to the museum's website and some details
Ralli Museums
The Harry Recanati Foundation is a private non-profit institution whose main aim is to acquaint the public with the quality of contemporary Latin American art. The first Ralli Museum was founded in Punta del Este (Uruguay) in 1988; the second museum in Santiago (Chile) in 1992; the third one (Ralli 1) in Caesarea (Israel) in 1993; the fourth museum in Marbella (Spain) in 2000; and the fifth museum (Ralli 2) in Caesarea in 2007. The Ralli Museums house one of the most important collections of contemporary Latin American art in the world. All Ralli museums are open to the public free of charge.
The Caesarea Museums
The museums are located in a 40,000 square meter park. The first Caesarea Ralli Museum exhibits mainly Latin American and Spanish paintings and sculptures. The second museum exhibits 16th to 18th century paintings depicting biblical themes.
By the way the picture in blue of the ship, is a picture of Magritte
