I'm in the process of re-rigging my cannons that were hastily modeled using not good reference. For the fix, I used two-sided tape, coiled the line on it, painted lightly with diluted white glue and pulled up a nice neat coil. Was wondering if there's a coil size or number of coils to shoot for? (pun intended) Here's a before and after. Thanks for any suggestions.

9 of 36 coils made. I'm fixing my mistake with a cheat where the coiled end meets the cannon tackle under a tie down point. You can't see the splice. Here's my coiling stuff. Maybe others could learn from my mistakes. Can't thank you guys on the SOS forum enough. Everyone is very kind, helpful and you're making me a more thoughtful, knowledgeable builder.
