Looks like a folk art ship model from Indonesia would be my guess. They were a decoration piece and not a true representation of a scale model.

Totally agree that it looks like a decorator piece based on the figment of someone's imagination rather than any actual ship but it looks like a fun project for you. Welcome aboard.

If it is "only" a decoration model, than I have to say that there is a lot of work invested in this model
I agree, with the others, that it will be hard or even impossible to identify a real ship as the basis, but it is a nice model
