rigging of deadeyes at the shrouds of the lower and upper masts

That's easy. Put the deadeye line ( I forget it's name) through the first hole on the lower deadeye and one hole on the upper deadeye. Pull the line down past where it exits the lower deadeye and put a bit of tension on it. The shroud will twist as you describe. Then pull the line out of the top deadeye without letting it un-twist, and re-rig it to completion including the pre-loaded twist. Hope it works well for you!

First the cause of the problem…using the wrong or poor thread for the shrouds. Good rigging threads do not twist…poor or the wrong type threads can and do twist as you have experienced. There is nothing one can do to prevent the twist...one can not stretch out the twist. Next build, use a different or better quality thread that does not twist from the get go. Otherwise, at this point in your build, using a shear pole above the upper deadeyes as mentioned by previous replies is probably the best solution. Add the shear poles whether called for in the rigging plans or not. Seize them in place on each shroud and lock the shroud in with drops of CA. Sorry…this one is a lesson learned about rigging thread faults…

There's things that can be done to the line; like stretching it, that'll help stop it from wanting to twist under tension. Even then, seize each shroud to a sheer-pole above each upper deadeye.
...and don't do this:

Holy crap, who was stupid enough to think that was safe? Unless these are actually just decorative.
