I'm so far to present you a machine that I make and sell. I already helped a lot of people into making ropes and I hope to get more people into it. It's a part of our hobby that could give you a lot of fun, or not. it's up to you.
I make on order a machine like I described in the topic above.

What do you get:
2 machines both working on a 12V DC motor. In Dutch they are called Wiel and Bok and a swivel that has a adjustment on top to regulate the turns per cm. in your rope
Maximum of 3000 turns a minute. Left or right turning. up to 4 strands and core thread. But I think the most will use the machine to make 3 strands Hawser or cable.
I asked € 150,00 exclude shipping, for this machine, you get a 3D printed machine with new parts. Making one takes me about a week work if I have all the parts in home.

NZD291.00. I'd buy one but the postage would bankrupt me and besides I am comfortable with the one I made following the instructions based on the original Steef66 "Make your Rope on a Ropewalk" design. Something for which I am truly grateful. ;)

I checked and with DHL it's about € 85,00 without customs duties.

In Europe € 7,00 - € 25,00 no customs duties except UK. Sorry peeps from oversea. But I'm happy you can use the design I made before. It is no high math to do. but like Dirk said the machine I sell is a fair price, based on helping and not making profit.

There will now be 1, hopefully 2 going out the door after the weekend and I am making 2 that will come in stock. i can then deliver faster.
 
If anyone is still interested in this machine let me know soon. I want to make a few more and then I will probably stop for a while and spend my time in the Prins Willem. Perhaps next year I will pick it up again to make a few more.
Delivery 2-3 weeks

I am interested. How long ropes have you made with the machine? Does it have a hook on the back so you can hang some weights on it? Have you built a track that it slides along?
