To manage my photo, film and music I use Snagit by Teck Smith cost around $60us
Very user friendly and I am able to modified, insert text, make bigger smaller picture rotate joint photo, copy You Tube music or film.

The server has been modified for EXIF image manipulation. Therefore, The rotate add-on is working perfectly. Keep in mind that once you return to the post, you have to hard reload CTRL-F5 in order to see the image as it is without cache.
