Hello all. soon I will have pics of my RC.. many thanks to Maarten Neptune, Shipbuilder and all those whose logs I have been following.. Basically did all with pictures. The manual is a collection of small black and white pictures of the builders knuckles. Pretty much useless.I like to display open hulls and add a few of my own woods and materials. I light my models and use mica when appropriate for window panes (lights). My beams, carlings,etc are cherry I milled, and ebony from guitar necks. I did extend the keel as per Neptune.. Plenty of mistakes, as in putting my Wales too low, but having lots of fun with this "kit":.. still have a way to go.. I use 12/.14 volt LEDs painted yellow for lighting. I drilled out the stern lights and ran the LEDs through brass tubing. Thanks to Jimsky for your help
