Russian sailing-screw frigate "Oleg" 1860.Scale 1:100

Small updates in the building. I pasted brass reinforcements on the rods. I immediately glued the steering wheel hinges. I tried to install the upper halves of the covers of the cannon ports with bindings. And most importantly, he installed the nasal figure of the Russian double-headed eagle.

I learnt, that the hammocks on russian ships were installed vertical and not diagonal, like often visible on english ships
Will you install some rings or ropes around each hammock? this would make them even more realistic?

I like this way - when they are drying

Yes, I will also tie them with a couple of lengths of rope. So far, I'm just swinging and trying it on. We need 300-plus mattresses.

Greetings to fellow enthusiasts.I'm starting a new construction site. This time the choice fell on the sailing-screw frigate of the Russian Imperial Fleet "Oleg" The model will again be built from scratch on the development of a paper model, as well as drawings by A.A.Garmashev and M.L.Sokolov.The scale will be 100th.I have already sawed out the frames, the keel frame, the frame reinforcement frame.
