Where do I place the rigging for the sails if I am not going to fit the sails

Where do I place the rigging for the sails if I am not going to fit the sails

Usually when (on a real ship) the sails are not installed, than also the rigging for the sails is not in place.
Both are dismantled when longer not in use and stored in the hold

Yeah…leave the sail rigging off…just do the running rigging for the control of the spars…
