Hi Oleg, just PVA between the two layers?
Would be afraid the glue is giving way during the milling, but the result is very convincing.

Yep, just pva glue and I clamp the parts betweed two big thick boards during drying

The final pass was done with conical 2-flute bit R0.25mm, 10deg total angle. 0.12mm between passes
