Yep, just pva glue and I clamp the parts betweed two big thick boards during dryingHi Oleg, just PVA between the two layers?
Would be afraid the glue is giving way during the milling, but the result is very convincing.
The final pass was done with conical 2-flute bit R0.25mm, 10deg total angle. 0.12mm between passesHi. Nice work. What cutters did you use? Could you please share the dimensions?
