San Bartolome kit No. 00132 Build.

Hi all,
Just started this beautiful kit a week ago.
Built the slipway and as there is a big coverage of the initial build, I will start mine with the nitty gritty.
Have found a real bugbear with rib 16. Just seems the primary floor base strips won’t sit so I have to cut the open slot a little deeper to accommodate the strips. Anyone else find this problem or is it me ?

This will be really a big model - I knew, that it is scale 1:48 - but did expect something smaller
Looking at Pavels web-page - the kit weights 14 kg - also a heavy model
I will follow with big interest
