SAN FELIPE 1:75 Panart

I purchased a half finished Panart San Felipe that was missing a couple decorations. No one sells the Panart parts individually. This is a beautiful rendition of the San Felipe. The woodwork and color are gorgeous! I really wish it was a real vessel. There is not enough historical information on the appearance of the Real Felipe to allow the San Felipe model to be converted to it. So, we have to work in the dark.

...it looks like someone made a decent job on the hull.

Ahoj, Darius
Ja by som kúpil novú stavebnicu a loď dokončil. Nemal by to byť žiaden problém.

Hi, Darius
I would buy a new kit and finish the boat. That shouldn't be a problem.
The hull of the ship you bought is precisely assembled, sanded according to the picture and still gives room for possible repairs / modifications. By buying that hull you will save the hill of work and it is a pity to "throw" it

Oh, it won't be thrown away! It will be properly finished. I haven't decided if I will make sails and display them unfurled or furled. For this model, probably furled to the yardarms. My other models will have set sails.

Second reply. At the begining I loockin for same historical information. I finded this https://www.modelships.de/San_Felipe_1690_authenticity/San_Felipe_1690_authenticity.htm. I dont't know how correct this informations are, but I finde only this.

ale názov lode „Nuestra Señora de la Concepción y de las Ánimas“ by bol pre modelárov nepraktický a nezmestil by sa ani na trup lode :)

Nesúhlasím  , pozri túto časť z Tebou uvedeného linku:

Hi, I've started my Panart art747 San Felipe after is sat on the shelf for almost 15 years. I'm missing the large sheet 5-6. Would someone be kind enough to photograph 5 and 6 and email to me? tomd@graphinity.com
Thank you for any help offered. Tom

I can help you. Check your email. I am missing for parts from my "used, partially complete" San Felipe also. I need just one of the "eagle with wings" hull decorations. I can't find it sold separately.
